From her Dorset kitchen, South African Founder, Sue Price, makes her version of traditional Beskuit (pronounced 'bis-kate') - a close relation of the Italian Biscotti.
Liz has worked with Sue since 2010, fine-tuning recipes, creating straplines and product names, writing copy content for products as well as developing a completely new look and branding.
Wonderful news is that The African Biscuit Company won FIVE Gold awards in the 2011 Great Taste Awards (the first ever time they had entered!) and was nominated for Best First Time Entrant too.
